We have taken a classic brick building from Saint Louis' Guilded Age, in its historic Soulard neighborhood, and filled it with all the comfort and convenience of today.
In the hurried world of business travel, where unavoidable delays collide with looming deadlines, this unique venue will come as a welcome surprise at the end of a stress-filled day.

A Beautiful Oasis 🙂
Herefordshire Uk-on Homeaway.com
Couldn't have found a better place for a stay. WE loved it. Spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. The courtyard is a beautiful quiet oasis and lovely area to enjoy a nice quiet drink. Kelly and Bret are wonderful hosts and made our stay enjoyable. Its great place to stay if you want to be close to the city and all its attractions, lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance but still a nice quiet area to relax. We hope to see you again soon and we highly recommend this property.
Perfect escape from bad corporate housing choice
Sydney R.-on Homeaway.com
I moved to St. Louis on Jan. 5 for a job and my company put me in a corporate housing apartment that was cold, uncomfortable and it had the single worst bed i have ever slept in. I was ready to run away but then i found Kelly and Brett's sanctuary and i lived happier ever after. Kelly is a perfect hostess. The apartment is squeaky clean, excellently decorated, warm and friendly. Fully loaded with every thing you need, and it had the best bed ever. If Kelly could have fitted a soaking or whirlpool tub into the place I may have never left. My husband came with me on the first visit to check it out and make sure he agreed with the choice since i would be staying alone while he packed in another state. He gave Kelly, Brett and the place 5 stars too. I do regret moving into my own apartment before i could use their back courtyard with its fire-pit and special lighting. The plants had just started to bloom and i know it will be beautiful. I stayed there for 2 months. I will recommend this place to everyone. I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and they shared a wealth of information about restaurants and things to do. The Soulard Market is fun even on cold days. Bogart's may have the best ribs i have ever tasted. There is a bar for every taste. Lots of good local restaurants. I was there for the pet parade and Mardis Gras. Close to downtown, where I work. Easy commute to everything. I will be back.

Gosh-where do I start? 5 stars for everything. I'd give 6 stars if I could. We have stayed with Kelly and Brett twice now-once in the Carriage house and once in the Asian Suite. In the beginning, our dates changed somewhat and Kelly worked with me on it. Throughout both visits she has been a most gracious host and very responsive to anything we needed. We loved both units. There is privacy if you want it and community if you want that. All units have access to a beautiful courtyard with fire pit. I sat out there many mornings with my husband and I liked unwinding there at night. The units themselves were beautifully decorated and peaceful feeling and well kept. The kitchens were well equipped. Parking is on the street but we rarely had a problem finding a space. Soulard is a fascinating neighborhood with a lot of history (it's the oldest residential neighborhood in St. Louis) and great architecture. Soulard Residence is within walking distance of several restaurants and the famous Soulard Farmer's Market. It's a quick drive to Forest Park(zoo, art museum, history museum), the arch and the baseball stadium. If you want to go to the county, the Residence is close to highway 44 and 40. When we told Kelly and Brett, we wanted to see a game, they advised us to take one of the shuttle buses from a local bar. So easy . . . . 🙂 We visit St. Louis frequently and will definitely stay there again. It has become a second home.
