Q. How do I set up/change/cancel an stay?
A. Simply email or give us a call to check availability and if room is open, you may confirm with major credit card. Cancellations are accepted 24 hours prior to arrival, rooms cancelled later than this are subject to one night charge.

Q. Are there smoking rooms?
A. Soulard Residence buildings are smoke free, but there are designated outdoor areas

Q. What credit cards do you take?
A. Most major credit cards-Amex, Visa, and Mastercard

Q. Where is the parking?
A. We have on street parking and generally it is very close to your room.

Q. Do you offer longer term stays?
A. Yes we have many that stay for extended periods of time, 6 months to a year, and we offer rates accordingly.

Q. Is there wireless internet?
A. Yes and its inclusive of your stay

Q. What do I do in an emergency?

Q. Are there any nearby restaurants? 
A. Yes, Soulard is filled with many places to get all meals, plus most rooms have full kitchens should you wish to stay in.
